Survey Reveals Consumers Do and Will Prefer Local

  • This experience suggests that consumers have quickly adapted to new local purchasing options and might even prefer these to spending hours shopping.

  • Our survey of 4,000 consumers across Germany, France, UK and US shows that they still value stores but are more inclined toward experiences that are hybrid or omnichannel. More and more, stores are expected to get digitally extended.
