I Complained to HR and Nothing Happened

It’s also a disheartening statement for devoted HR professionals to hear. Unfortunately, that perception has gained even more traction since the #MeToo movement—both among employees and within the media. 
  • This is not simply a “PR problem” for HR. It can cause real damage to both companies and their employees. 76% of non-managers who experienced sexual harassment did not report it.  Why? A fear of retaliation and a belief that no action would be taken.
