transformation for several years. However, most still struggle with full process digitization and automation. Organizations
should approach P2P automation with customized buying channels and invoice submission methods that are tailored to
supplier capabilities. These initiatives, along with supplier consolidation, will lead to cleaner spend information and more
effective P2P teams. This in turn will raise stakeholder satisfaction. Notably, the skills required to effectively manage and
