How IT Led the COVID-Driven Shift to Hybrid Work

Introduction

Some organisations already had tools in place, while others scrambled to fill the gap. However, all of them had to adapt to fast-changing conditions. We surveyed 240 IT decision-makers across industries and in multiple countries to highlight what worked, what changed, the lessons they learned and how they’re moving forward.

While a range of industries and businesses faced unique challenges, bold investment in technology and a willingness to transform daily operations helped them adapt. IT leaders demonstrated a focus on empowering people to be connected and productive. They also recognised how important data security is to ROI in hybrid-work and device management scenarios.
