Did you know that online learning is the most frequently used method of learning among SMBs? But that Instructor-led learning is ranked as the most effective? In the summer of 2020, Cornerstone surveyed HR and Learning professionals working in businesses with under 1000 employees about the current state of learning within their organization. The purpose of this study was two-fold: first, to understand current practices and sentiment of businesses regarding learning and second, to take these findings and build a recommended guide to success.
