It would only be wise to look at the changes that we are witnessing in the workplace landscape as a result of a pandemic, not as temporary makeshift adaptations but as disruptions that will change the way we work in the foreseeable future. 

Given the short notice, most organizations are already in the early stages of clearly defining how technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, automation, and workplace analytics will change the way they work. Businesses were rushed to make rapid decisions to get accustomed to a “new normal.” This includes enabling remote working for a vast majority of their workforce.
